These terms govern use of the Anglo Ascot Group website at angloascotgroup.com. The website is operated by Anglo Ascot Group Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 17271674, with its registered office at 573 Chester Road, Sutton Coldfield, England, B73 5HU.

These terms cover browsing this website and using the free tools it provides. Separately linked websites and apps may have their own terms.

Submitting an enquiry does not commit you to buying anything or create an agreement for paid work. These website terms do not replace a written proposal or agreement for paid services. The agreement for a project sets out the scope, fees, responsibilities, ownership, support and any cancellation arrangements for that work.

This website provides general information about our services, ventures and systems. Information and project status may change. A project described here may be proposed, in development, in beta or in live operation. Contact us for current availability and an agreed scope before making a purchasing decision.

Website content is not a substitute for advice specific to your circumstances. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.

Articles and research summaries reflect their stated publication or review date. Check the linked original source before relying on a rule, figure or deadline. Examples and case studies explain particular work or approaches; they do not guarantee the same commercial results or search rankings for another business.

Free Office Tracker

Office Tracker is a free organisational aid for company dates, notes and document checklists. It does not submit accounts or tax returns, connect to HMRC or Companies House, or provide accounting, tax or legal advice. Suggested dates are starting points and can be changed. Check actual deadlines against official records or with your accountant, especially first accounts, changed accounting periods and special VAT arrangements.

The online and Windows editions are separate products with separate version numbers and separate local records. They do not sync. The online edition loads the current website version when you open or reload it. It needs an internet connection to open and is not offered as an installed offline app. Its reminders are shown while the page is open; it does not send email reminders, push notifications or alarms after the browser is closed.

The Windows download is an optional offline edition after installation. Its own setup guide explains installation, reminders, updates and data storage. Offline downloads may remain unchanged for an extended period and may fall behind the online edition. There is no fixed release schedule, automatic update promise or guaranteed support response time.

Keep backups of records you need and check that you can restore them. Browser cleanup, device failure, changing browser profiles or deleting records can cause data loss. Follow the storage and backup instructions for the edition you use. These explanations do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual property

Content, images, layouts and brand elements belong to Anglo Ascot Group or their respective owners or licensors. You may browse the website and share links. You may not copy, distribute or republish material in a way that infringes applicable intellectual property rights. Client names and images remain subject to their owners' rights.

Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully. Do not misuse enquiry forms, attempt to disrupt the service, gain unauthorised access, or infringe the rights of others.

Responsibility and your legal rights

Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law gives you. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

We remain responsible where loss or damage is caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill or to meet a legal duty. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused solely by your unlawful use of the website or by events we did not cause and could not reasonably control.

A written agreement for paid services may set out the responsibilities that apply to that work. These website terms do not replace those agreed responsibilities.

We may link to third-party websites as well as separate AAG projects. A link does not by itself mean that we own the destination, endorse every statement it makes, or provide its services. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, our services or the law. The date below identifies this version. An update does not retrospectively change a separate agreement you have already made with us.

These terms and disputes connected with them are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any mandatory protection or right to bring a claim in the courts of the place where you live.
