How working with us actually works.

How are engagements priced?

Every piece of work is scoped and quoted before it begins. Discovery is a fixed price; builds are broken into phases with a fixed quote per phase; ongoing support is a transparent monthly arrangement. We do not bill hourly with open-ended retainers.

Do we have to start with consultancy?

No. Some clients arrive with a clear brief and move straight into a build. Others want an objective discovery first. The right entry point depends on how well-defined the problem already is.

Who actually does the work?

The same senior people you meet at the start. We do not hand engagements down to junior delivery teams or offshore them.

Will we be locked into your tools?

No. Bespoke systems are built on infrastructure you control, with source code and documentation handed over. You can run, extend or move them without us.

What does 'fixed scope, fixed quote' really mean?

Before any build starts, we agree exactly what is included, what is not, and the price. Changes to scope are explicit, costed and approved — never invoiced as a surprise.
