System Direction
The system is built as a lightweight operating layer around the existing service flow. It is shaped around how staff already work, then refined to add clarity for customers and structured control for the team running the floor.
Current Stage
Veya Cue is currently operating in early beta. The focus is on live environment feedback, customer-side clarity, staff usability, and practical day-to-day reliability.
