Veya Cue

Queue and waitlist software for walk-in service environments.

Veya Cue helps local service businesses manage walk-in flow without paper lists or guesswork. Customers join the queue by scanning a QR code, track their live position and get notified when it is their turn. Staff manage services and customer flow from a dashboard with analytics, and an optional TV display shows the live queue on a screen in the venue.

Veya Cue — Queue & Waitlist Infrastructure — Anglo Ascot Group venture

Overview

Veya Cue is a live early-beta product for venues where customers arrive without appointment and service order matters — barbers, salons, clinics, takeaways and similar.

Operational problem

Walk-in service environments often rely on handwritten lists, verbal updates and informal customer communication. The result is repeated questions, missed turns, uneven staff visibility and unnecessary friction for both customers and operators.

System direction

A QR-led customer journey paired with a staff dashboard: customers self-register and watch their place in line, staff move people through services, and a TV display gives the room a shared view of the queue.

Current stage

Live in early beta with active operators. Current focus is real-environment feedback, customer clarity, staff usability and day-to-day reliability.
