Who do you work with?
Sole traders, small businesses, independent professionals, creators, councils and community organisations across the UK. Start with your task and the people it serves; you do not need to fit a particular sector.
What does an engagement look like?
We begin by understanding the work and agreeing what is needed. Builds proceed under a written scope and quote, with support and further development agreed separately.
Do you only build new systems?
No. We can improve workflows and connect existing tools where supported. An established product may be the right answer before a bespoke build is considered.
How soon will we see progress?
Delivery happens in visible increments. Timescales depend on scope and are agreed before the build begins.
How is pricing agreed?
Each engagement is scoped and quoted in writing. Any change to scope is discussed and costed before it proceeds.
How do you handle confidentiality?
Confidentiality and the treatment of sensitive information are agreed in writing before the relevant work starts.
Who owns the work?
Ownership, source code, third-party licences, hosting, data and handover are set out in the written scope and contract.
What areas do you cover?
We are registered in Sutton Coldfield, work across Birmingham and the West Midlands, and deliver remotely throughout the UK.
Can you build booking, ordering or queue tools?
These can be included where they suit the operation. The required capacity rules, staff controls and customer journey are agreed during scoping.
Do you build property and lettings websites?
Yes. The scope can cover property information, landlord and tenant journeys and useful enquiry routes. System features are defined separately from a brochure website.
Can we see examples?
Selected work describes live client websites, pre-launch projects and AAG products with their current stages stated plainly.
