What does an engagement look like?

Engagements usually start with advice and discovery, move into fixed-scope delivery where required, and can continue with support, monitoring and improvement. Every build is quoted before work starts.
Do you only build new systems?

No. We often improve what a business already uses by streamlining processes, automating repetitive administration and integrating existing tools before new software is considered.
How quickly do we see results?

We deliver in small, visible increments so clients can see working improvements early. Timelines depend on scope, but the delivery plan is agreed before the build begins.

How is pricing structured?

Consultancy is typically a fixed-fee engagement. Builds are quoted on a fixed-scope, fixed-quote basis. Ongoing support is a simple monthly arrangement. Everything is agreed in writing before work begins.
How do you handle confidentiality?

With discretion. Before any discovery work begins we agree mutual confidentiality terms in writing, and we treat sensitive operational information with the same care we expect for our own.
Are you based only in the UK?

Anglo Ascot Group Limited is incorporated in England & Wales (company number 17271674) and the team is UK-based. We deliver remotely across the UK and, selectively, internationally where it suits the engagement.
