It no longer describes the business
The services have moved on, the site has not, and prospective customers are reading something that is two years out of date.
Websites and customer tools
Websites that explain the business properly, and customer facing tools where they earn their place. Scoped and quoted before any build starts.
Most enquiries reach a business through its website long before anyone speaks. We design and build sites that make the offer plain, load quickly on a phone, and send an enquiry somewhere useful rather than into a shared inbox nobody owns.
Where it helps, the site does more than describe the business. Booking, ordering and customer portal interfaces are built only where the work genuinely calls for them, and each one is agreed in the scope rather than assumed.
We are based in Sutton Coldfield and work with businesses across Birmingham and the West Midlands, as well as remotely with clients elsewhere in the UK.
Where it usually starts
The services have moved on, the site has not, and prospective customers are reading something that is two years out of date.
A bare contact form produces messages with no detail, so the first reply is spent asking the questions the form should have asked.
Bookings, orders and progress updates all require a call, which caps how much the team can handle in a day.
Prices, opening hours and location are buried, which is precisely what a customer on a mobile is looking for first.
What we build
Not every project includes every item below. What is included is agreed in the scope before work starts.
A clear, fast public site with the services, the proof and the contact route in an order that matches how people actually read.
Where the operation suits it, a booking or ordering journey sized to real capacity rather than a generic platform's assumptions.
A signed in area where a customer can see their own records or progress, built where it removes real phone traffic.
Forms that ask the right questions, route to the right person, and leave a record that can be followed up properly.
Pages, headings and metadata arranged so both people and search engines can tell what the business does.
Whatever the agreed scope covers for ownership, hosting and support, written down rather than left implied.
Common questions
No. Some clients need a clear public site and nothing more. Others need the site to do work: take bookings, take orders, or let a customer check progress without ringing. We scope whichever of those is actually useful rather than fitting every feature to every project.
Yes. Where brand guidelines, photography or a logo already exist, we design to them. Where they do not, we agree a simple visual direction as part of the scope.
Hosting, domains, ongoing support and handover are set out in the proposal for each piece of work. None of them are assumed.
That depends on current commitments and on how well defined the brief is. Write in with a short description and we will tell you honestly what is realistic. We aim to reply within five working days.
